Service 01

Respectful Conversation Workshops

Educational group sessions on calm, balanced communication for families navigating shared decisions. Designed to build the conversational skills that make all subsequent discussions — inside and outside the room — more productive.

Workshops are suitable for family members who want to improve how they communicate before matters become complicated, or alongside an ongoing facilitation process. Each session is adapted to the group in front of us.

How the session flows

Service 02

Impartial Facilitation Meetings

Neutral facilitation helping family members discuss shared matters voluntarily and respectfully. Our facilitator holds the structure so the family can focus on the substance. Nothing is decided for you — the facilitator's role is purely to protect the quality of the conversation.

Sessions are private, recorded only to the extent participants agree, and conducted in a space where everyone has an equal footing from the moment they arrive.

Two-hour structured session with preparation call beforehand

Facilitator speaks with each participant separately before the joint session

Held in a private, dedicated venue — not a shared office space

Optional follow-up session if the family finds it useful

How the session flows

1Individual pre-session call with each participant — 20 to 30 minutes to understand their perspective and any concerns

2Joint facilitation session — balanced speaking time, structured agenda agreed at the start, facilitator maintains pace and equity

3Summary of key discussion points noted during the session with participant agreement on what to capture

4Optional transition to Written Agreement Support if the family wishes to formalise what was discussed

Service 03

Written Agreement Support

Assistance recording a family's own agreed points clearly, kept as a tidy shared document. Produced after a facilitation session — or separately, where a family has already reached their own understanding and simply wants it written down clearly.

The document captures what was agreed in plain, everyday language. It is not a legal instrument — it is a shared reference that everyone has approved and can read without difficulty.

Produced in plain language — no legal jargon or ambiguous phrasing

All participants review and approve the draft before finalisation

One revision round included — additional revisions available if needed

Digital copy sent to each participant — Concordia retains no copy after delivery

How the document is produced

1We receive the session notes or a summary of what was agreed from the family or from the facilitation session

2A structured draft is prepared — organised by topic, written in plain language, and free of any interpretation beyond what was agreed

3The draft is shared with all participants for review — each person can flag anything that does not accurately reflect the agreement

4A final version is issued to all parties. Typical turnaround is five to seven working days from receipt of session notes
